If I Dropped By… with Elephant 12
This week, I posed my “If I Dropped By…” question to Elephant 12. I paid hypothetical visits to the homes of Jerome, Robbie and Andy. This is what I learned. Also, I copped a copy of their latest EP, Sold Out. See the bottom of the post to find out how you can win a copy!

Caught My Ear: Elephant 12 Release New EP
At the end of February, Elephant 12 came onto my radar. Good news for me, since I'm totally diggin' their sound; they have released an EP titled Sold Out. I've put this on my list of records folks should check out.

Hailing from the United Kingdom and Canada, respectively, the band brings their own brand of heavy hitting Rock laced with a tinge of Hip Hop to the mix; truly a brilliant experience. After the success of their first two singles "Holiday" and "Renegade," in the U.S., the band are making a stop in NYC on their way to SXSW. Laced with punchy guitars, smooth beats, and vocalist Jerome Cooke's unique styling, the band creates a perfect blend of Rap with a tinge of Jazz in the background, and a dash of Indie on the side. It doesn't get much better than this!
